3.3 Only 1 vehicle is allowed on the Circuit at any one time.
3.4 No person under the age of 16 shall take part in any Activity on the Circuit without prior written permission from the Company.
3.5 Any vehicle going on the Circuit shall be in a safe and road worthy condition and the Client will bare full responsibility for ensuring this is the case.
3.6 It is the responsibility of the Client to ensure that any person taking part in any activity on the Circuit is not suffering from any disability whether permanent or temporary such as might make it unsafe for them to drive (or operate machinery).

I would hope for 20 cars which if we charge £25 would give us a surplus of £30 and a reasonable amount of time on track for each car if however we get 30 cars, that would be great and i propose that any surplus we make is donated to a charity (open to sugestions).
The circuit is adjacent to the Haynes motor museum http://www.haynesmotormuseum.com/home/index.html
Even if you don't want to take part on the track we have been offered a discount on entry tickets so come along and enoy the excitement.
Discounted prices £7.95 adulst £3.25 children
Saturday evening the The swan hotel at bradford on avon The Bullpit (which is in effect - their cellar - which is great for a party!! ) for the Saturday night 24th April. They will do a hot supper i.e chilli, lasagne, shepherds pie or similar plus salads and break for £10 a head. There is a bar in there and lots of knooks and crannies for people to chat (or hide!!) - if you imagine a T shape but the top of the T is curved concave with the bar in the middle - that is the shape!!
Sunday is still being planned but will probably centre around a small museum and thai restaurant.
Now the really important part if you are seriously interested I will require payment in full ASAP of £25 per car.
PM me for payment details.
