Anyone fancy trying to pry my Mantula from my hands?
I really don't want to sell it but it's been sitting in the garage for a year and business/children don't seem to be changing that situation.

What a fantastic looking car !!!
I've had a framed picture of your car taken from one of the early brochures hanging on my garage wall for many years now and every time i went into the garage it reminded me one day i will get a Mantula and such a lovely colour, hence my current project, Good luck in the sale, i bet you will regret it once it's gone, Regards, Martyn..... |

I must admit that secretly I'm hoping nobody wants it really. I just feel guilty keeping it locked away for most of the time. I've loved Marcos cars since I saw one many years ago at Stoneleigh and like you had posters and pictures around the house/garage for years. Phil |

Just got knobbled by suspected swine flu so apologies for not getting back with answers too quickly.
I reckon Mantula's are probably shifting for between 6k and 9k these days. Given the pedigree of the car I'd want to start off by looking at the top end of that if I can. I know at the end of the day it's only worth what someone wants to pay for it but there comes a point when you might just as well keep it. |

i first saw this car many yrs ago.. I bought a red mantula in 2001, which i loved but was written off by a drunk driver a few yrs later. So did this car sell? its by far my fave looking mantula...... |

Hi Shadmonk, Yes it sold - I managed to prise this Mantula form phermal. It is as good as it looks, as Phil kept improving it as well as polishing it - I'm
