On 11th July this year I won my class (under 4.0ltr) at the Curborough sprint
circuit. As I could not attend the Sunday gathering at Cosford, some kind chap said they would take my trophy for me. Unfortunately extensive investigations at
both the Silverstone Classic Car weekend and over the 3 days of 50th celebrations, I have been unable to trace who that person was.
Having been quite ill and out of circulation for the last three years and therefore unable to take part in the Marcos events calendar, I was overjoyed to win
my class on my return to Curborough (only my second go a sprint racing), I would therefore be very grateful if anyone could shed some light on my missing
trophy.
