I`ll kick thing off with a personal best of 67 . 28 seconds in the Mantara , a bit slow but the misses wanted to stop and admire the view at the top !!

Ok folks , whilst we are all still on cloud 109 about Prescott , who timed themselves on their runs up the hill ? No trophies for the best time , just a silly
grin and a feeling of smug satistfaction

Jean videoed our first two runs and when we played it back, the video counter on the first run said 65 seconds and the second run was down to 58 seconds. On
the third run I really went for it, but ended up in the gravel trap!
I didn't time the fourth run |

Nah, didn't time any of my 5 runs I'm afraid, but I heard there was some guy there call Cor that was weaping into his hanky about being thrashed by a
flying banana

Didn't time any of my runs either, although I did have to take it easy on half of them as I was worried the flag would come off!

I only did two runs , apart from three parade runs . Would have been fun to try for a better time but did`nt fancy hitting the armco or flying off into the
wide blue yonder !

I didn't take the car up the hill, so even the slowest of you is quicker than me
Did anyone time Cor by any chance?

I posted a video on Marks trip up the hill with me riding as passenger, I worked out that coz I had the camera running way before the start the run would have
been a minute or just under to the top.

Like a complete dumbo, I forgot that I had a stopwatch on my wristwatch.... seven times! Still, I make new friends everyday. It's one of the advantages of
having a crap memory.
Probably at the rate I was going, bearing in mind that I wanted to drive the car home rather than have the wreck delivered on a trailer, I might have been better off with a sundial....
How do they know it was a Big Bang if there was no one around to hear it?

If anyone had asked they could have used my "attachment" for securing a video camera on the roll bar / car and video'd the run and then worked
out the time from the time code.....maybe next time.

Yes, I had one of those too...... and a camera which does HS, HD and small format video. I must have got into the "that was fun, let's do it
again" zone where my brain was completely disengaged from any useful or constructive thought processes.
