Anyone going from Chippenham on the Saturday Morning? would like to get a convoy going! I think so far I may have another car in our journey up but not
confirmed yet.

I'll be going through Chippenham on the way up on Saturday. Not sure what time as I haven't thought that far ahead yet. PM or give me a ring and
we'll sort something out.

However, if all these hopefullys don't fall into place it may not be until Saturday morning & then it may be on the back of a recovery truck! AGAIN |

Turning up on the Sunday | #107 | ||
|
We are intending to turn up for the Sunday only. Looking at the event web site, pre-booking is closed and seems to suggest we can't turn up on the day
without some kind of booking by downloading the PDF and posting it off with a £10 cheque. I assume it will be fine to simply turn up on the day but can
someone please clarify?
PS: Anyone else going up on Sunday? We're coming up from Southampton (pending a green light to the above) and haven't yet decided on the route but might be nice to hook up with other Marcos owners. |

Hi All Yes you can pay on the day. Cash or cheque as credit card might be very difficult to process. Pre payment was to speed things along.

I'll be paying on the day, just confirmed my car passed the MOT - it's been on SORN for a while so wasn't happy about being driven for the first
time since Classic Le Mans! I am a seriously neglectful owner it seems
See y'all on the Sunday |

Well done to the organising commitee for booking better weather, it is looking like a mostly clear weekend now.
For those starting their weekend tomorrow (Friday) I do hope you all have a great time. Bessie will be putting in an appearance Saturday afternoon but we are not going to the buffet so have a great evening. Also, for all those staying at the Cheltenham Travel Lodge, how about a common set off time for the Sunday so we can all blast ... err... drive carefully, to Prescott together? |

On Friday we'll be starting from point One (the garden centre) and hope to arrive there around 11am. After the mystery run we'll be attending Ye olde
hobnail Inn for the evening meal before returning home to Daventry. On Saturday we'll be driving from home to Sudely Castle for the days event. We've
also booked into the Cheltenham Regency Hotel for the Saturday night but will be attending the official buffet meal at Prescott. Hopefully there'll be a
few of us to drive in convoy from the Hotel to Prescott. We are so looking forward to meeting you all over the weekend take care and have fun everyone
