The boot on the TS500, which would not lock over night on Saturday, is now locked shut with all our gear inside. Before I get too heavy with it does anyone
know if there is a failsafe release hidden anywhere?
Central locking is playing up and there is an overheated relay affecting ignition and fuel supply but these can be managed in the short term.

Thanks for the PMs. All the advice I received was consistent and referred to the Mantaray arrangement.
I have now cut a hole in the boot lid behind the number plate and adjacent to the lock position to release the boot. No visible damage. I now know for certain that there was no secondary method of releasing the boot and will have to devise one. |
