I've just received my latest CMI mag and I'm a bit confused with page 5:
It states," Pre-booked paddock & 2 hill runs (Marcos cars only) is £35" Then it goes on to state, " Pre-booked paddock parking per Marcos is £15" Is that included in the £35, or do we have to pre-book the £15 parking as well? If the latter, why not just say that it's £50 for two hill climbs? |

The £35 includes parking in the paddock. The £15 is for those with a Marcos who do not want to drive up the hill.

Yes, we are hoping to get there in time to do the whole mystery tour - if we leave Kent around 6.am on the Friday and the M25 is kind to us.
But where do we meet? And if we (or anyone else) gets there later, where do we pick up the convoy? If it's mystery tour, how are we gonna know? questions, questions, questions

Forgive me for this post, I have been away from Marcos & the forum for far too long. At the Stonleigh classic car show I bumped into RJP and Mike
McCullough. RJP said they had one hotel room left, so if I wanted it I would need to phone him the following Monday, which I did...several times and each time
all I got was an answewr phone, so I left several messages on there saying we (Nuala and I) would like the room. I have heard nothing back and even this very
evening all I get is an answer phone!
 so I don't know if we have
a room or not and I can't even remember if it was for the Friday or Saturday night  Does anybody have regular contact with richard P and if so,
could they please confirm for me if he got my message and saved us a room?
The Good news (well for us anyway, I don't know about you lot )
is that our LM400 is currently at Topcats, where Warren, Brian and the team have worked their magic on her and after a 3 year layoff, have given her a fresh
shiny new MOT. The spoiler is back on (after some bar steward broke it 3yrs ago  ) and all we have to do now is get her taxed and insured 
She won't be fit to enter concourse, but everything else is a definite YES. |

We really should have sold her, but the offers we received would have meant we lost too much money, so with that in mind and the fact that while my head said "sell her" my heart was screaming "DON'T YOU DARE"  Lol, so she will be staying with us for the forseeable future. Could you confirm at what revs the 100db noise limit is measured at. This could potentially have a big impact on who will be able to run. |
