Went to the Stoneleigh Kit Car Show last Sunday afternoon and parked next to "Hydraulic1" (if I got his name right!). Asked about the blue water
hose on his car and he tells me that he can supply them as it is his business!! So the question is Mr. Hydraulic1, can you supply a complete set for a 3.5 V8,
and how much would it cost? I noticed that the lower hose comes out over the lower offside suspension arm and is joined to the other hose with an ally tube.
I guess this the normal setup?? Can you help?
I have another question for whoever may be able to help. I have five spoke Revolution (I think) 14" wheels on my car and just recently the plastic black centre cap has decided to pop out on one of them. Does anyone have a spare they could let me have - or - anyone who knows a supplier of them??
Also, my radiator system does not have a header tank, so the water always sits in it about two thirds full despite the fact that I top it up. Can anyone advise on supply and fitting of an inexpensive header for this model? Does it involve big mods to the existing rad. The car doesn't overheat so it is coping, but it just doesn't seem right to be working like that, as I guess the rad ends up with the same level of water as is in the engine - seems too low to me - am I right?
