Unregistered user?, Why not come in out of the cold? It's painless, free and opens other options up to you. Spare less than a minute of your time and register here, go on, you know it makes sense! |

Tickets | #183 | ||

With a great sense of relief, the tickets have arrived, some yesterday and some today. The majority of the envelopes went out in the post at lunchtime and the
remainder this evening, to both UK and mainland Europe addresses. If you know of anyone who does not use the Forum regularly, or at all, and you know they are
waiting for tickets, appreciate if you could contact them.
Please do not all post here when you receive them. It'll just worry those who haven't got their envelope and each area will be different, although they have all gone out first class, whatever size of envelope or rate of postage you sent me. Look forward to meeting up with all the Marcos contingent travelling to this event. Regards, Isobel |

And on that note is it worth creating a list of mobile phone numbers.
I am quite happy to let other people have my number if they want it. I can create a list if people PM me with their details I can then share it with all who are willing to have their number included. I know we all probably have break down recovery but I am just thinking if you have a minor problem or just want an update of who is where you could do a group text for help or advice. Just a thought |

Fill up in GB or France? | #189 | ||

One other thought. Does anyone know the current price of petrol in France? Should we be arriving with tanks full or empty? Not that, with the size of the
Marcos tank, it will make much difference!

Lemans Problems | #192 | ||
|
Just tested my 1970 V6 before going to Le mans. It broke down with symptoms of fuel starvation! But still had fuel. Left it a while when it went for 5 miles
and stopped again. After 30min ok! all fuel filters and tank clean. could this be the coil? (also not fuel tank breather) ( mine has triple Webers and
electronic ignition)

The suspense is getting too much what with Martineztop's Top Gear style last minute problems but in true Brit style he will win through I am sure.
How about Mr Q will the Green Mantis make it to Le Mans? |

Thanks for that info. At current exchange rate of about 1.20 euro to £, that is about £1.20 gallon for petrol, so virtually no difference. |
