Chris

The prewired/constructed Fuse/relay module cost £90 and I am very happy with it. The terminals are good and as you see I ran all the cables to come underneath and up into the terminals.

I did strip out every wire in the car (some burnt and discoloured) and started from scratch. My wiring diagram should help if you go this route.

Time wise - took me about 30 hours but found it easier if I could have continuity without interuptions!

Cost wise - well Adrian 2 kindly delivered me a MGB complete wiring harness which contained all the wires in the colours I needed to replace the burnt ones and the changes to original + new terminals so maybe £15 all in.

Adrian 2 and I live in Norwich (Top of the league !!) , but maybe a helpful Marcos man closer to you could help!

Please PM me if I can help further

Hi Chris

If you to my "Hillclimber" restoration site, about Oct 1, I have just finished my rewire.

The new fuse/relay/flasher module worked well and fitted it in a reduced size glove box area with light.

Where abouts do you live?

After getting the car back, it still was not completely right and has since developed more problems. Due to this, i am considering trying to fit an entirely
new loom, as this would be a much longer term solution rather than trying to bodge what is already there...
As i am completely new to the idea of auto electrics, i would be grateful for any opinions/advice you guys could give me. If anyone can recommend a good auto
electrician i would be very grateful!

Thanks
Chris
